Through grounded, compassionate energy work, I help create space for clarity, peace and inner strength. This work offers a way back to yourself — to the parts that learned to stay quiet out of fear, guilt, or the long habit of surviving — while gently supporting your nervous system to settle and return to balance.
Reiki is a gentle energy-based healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to regulate, restore, and heal. It creates space for the body to release what it’s been holding — often shaped through stress, grief, burnout or prolonged emotional strain.
My work is guided by intuition and always attuned to your comfort, using gently hands-on or hands-hovering support to help the body release, and return to balance.
Because the body holds what the mind often can’t, these experiences don’t just live in thought or emotion. They’re often carried physically — as tension, heaviness, fatigue, or a quiet sense of being stuck.

Energy Healing
As energy begins to move, people may notice a range of experiences. Some feel warmth, or coolness. Others simply feel deeply relaxed or enter a meditative state. Some notice emotional shifts, clarity, or a sense of feeling more centred. And many feel nothing dramatic at all — which is also normal.
Each session is unique, and there’s no right way to experience it.
My role is to hold space with care and respect, allowing your body to lead the process in a way that feels supportive and true for you.
Sessions unfold gently, at your body’s pace — guided by what feels safe, supportive, and ready to be released.

About Your Healer
My work in Reiki is grounded in both lived experience and years spent supporting individuals through moments of change.
For more than two decades, I worked in transformation-focused roles, supporting people through uncertainty, transition and growth. Over time, I came to understand that meaningful change doesn’t begin with strategy alone — it begins when people feel safe enough to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with themselves.
Through my own healing journey, I learned how powerful it can be to release what the body has held onto. Today, I combine intuitive energy healing with grounded, integrative support and lived experience to help others find relief, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection within themselves.
Reiki isn’t just a technique for me — it’s a practice that helped me return to myself, reclaim my voice and live with more truth, steadiness, and self-trust.

A full-body Reiki session focused on emotional and energetic release, nervous system regulation and deep restoration.
This session is quiet, grounding and intuitive, with calming music in the background. You’ll remain comfortably clothed, while I work with the areas where your body is holding tension, emotion, or fatigue.
You may experience deep relaxation, subtle sensations, or simple rest. There’s no right way to experience Reiki — your body knows what it needs.

A deeper, more spacious session that weaves Reiki with intuitive integration support.
We begin with Reiki, allowing the body to soften and release what it’s been holding. From there, we create space to gently integrate what’s emerging — emotions, insights, patterns or questions — through reflection, conversation and supportive guidance, without rushing or forcing clarity.
Together, we explore what’s surfaced and identify simple, supportive ways to integrate it into your day-to-day life.
